Pikachu Bubbles, again

Another picture found between the cobwebs of some dusty CD-ROM sectors.

It's a rework of a Pikachu Bubbles picture I did earlier (can also be found in this gallery) on a Japanese oekaki. Complete with computer-translated Japanese! I look like a real fool.

The only oekaki picture I ever spent more than 10 minutes on, and that's how it's going to remain too!
